Privacy Policy

Reachmore Expeditions is operated by Automated Software Systems LLC. Reachmore gives independent outdoor guides a hosted booking page, calendar, inquiry workflow, and guide-only mobile/admin tools.

Information We Collect

Guide accounts may include the guide's name, email address, business name, booking-page details, trip templates, meet-location text, optional trip photos, calendar slots, and account identifiers.

Customer booking inquiries may include the customer's name, email address, phone number, requested trip, requested date, party size, and message to the guide.

The mobile app may request access to the guide's device calendar so an approved booking can be added to the guide's calendar. The app may request photo-library access when a guide chooses images for a public booking page. The app may request notification permission so guide accounts can receive operational booking alerts when that feature is enabled. SMS messages are opened in the guide's native text-message app; Reachmore does not send texts from its own SMS number.

How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the booking page, show available trip slots, deliver customer inquiries to guides, help guides approve or decline inquiries, support customer-service requests, protect the service, and maintain account records.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to run Reachmore, such as hosting, database, email, security, and app-distribution providers, or when required by law.

Security

Reachmore uses HTTPS for data in transit. Production data is stored in managed infrastructure with access controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to the people and systems that need it to operate the service.

Children

Reachmore is a business tool for guides and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Data Deletion And Access Requests

Guides and customers can request deletion, correction, or export of Reachmore data by emailing support@reachmoreexpeditions.com. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, legal compliance, dispute handling, or ordinary backup retention.
