Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the rules for using Reachmore Expeditions (the "Service"), operated by Automated Software Systems LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement.
This AUP supplements our Terms of Service; defined terms used here have the meanings given in the Terms.
Prohibited Content
You may not post, upload, transmit, or share any content that:
Is illegal or facilitates illegal activity
- Violates any applicable federal, state, or local law
- Promotes or facilitates the sale or use of controlled substances, weapons, or other regulated goods in violation of applicable law
- Constitutes or facilitates fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
- Solicits or facilitates illegal commercial transactions
- Markets fishing, hunting, or outdoor activities in violation of state or federal wildlife regulations, permit requirements, or licensing rules
Sexually exploits or endangers minors
Zero tolerance. Any content depicting, describing, or facilitating the sexual exploitation or abuse of a person under 18 results in immediate account termination, content preservation, and reporting to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any form
- Content that sexualizes minors, including in fictional or AI-generated form
- Content that grooms, solicits, or attempts to facilitate sexual contact with a minor
Is non-consensual intimate imagery
- Sexual or intimate images of any person shared without their consent
- Sextortion material or threats to share intimate content
- Synthetic or AI-generated intimate imagery of any identifiable real person without their consent
Threatens, harasses, or endangers others
- True threats of violence against any person
- Targeted harassment, stalking, or repeated unwanted contact after a request to stop
- Doxxing — publishing a person's home address, workplace, phone number, or other private identifying information without consent and with intent to harm or harass
- Encouraging or glorifying suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders
Promotes hate or targeted discrimination
- Content that incites violence against, dehumanizes, or seriously demeans a person or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or veteran status
- Content promoting or recruiting for designated terrorist or violent-extremist organizations
Infringes intellectual property or privacy
- Copyrighted material you do not own or have permission to use (see our DMCA Policy)
- Trademarks used in a way likely to cause confusion or dilute the mark
- Trade secrets or confidential business information you are not authorized to share
- Personal information (medical records, financial accounts, government IDs, biometric data) of others without their consent
Is deceptive or manipulative
- Impersonation of another person, organization, or our staff in a way intended to mislead
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
- Phishing, scam attempts, or links to malicious sites
- Synthetic media (deepfakes) of real people in a deceptive context without disclosure
- Coordinated manipulation of ratings, reviews, or engagement metrics
- Fake or misleading guide credentials, certifications, or licensing claims
Compromises safety or security
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, exploit code, or other harmful technology
- Tools or instructions designed to circumvent the Service's security, rate limits, or access controls
- Credential stuffing, account takeover, or unauthorized access attempts
Prohibited Conduct
Regardless of content, you may not:
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written permission
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our authorization
- Interfere with the Service's operation through denial-of-service attacks, excessive request volume, or resource exhaustion
- Create accounts using false information, automated tools, or in violation of an existing termination
- Sell, transfer, or share your account credentials with others
- Use the Service in any manner that violates the Apple App Store Terms, the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement, or applicable platform policies
- Misrepresent the availability of trips, mislead customers about pricing or scope, or solicit bookings outside the Service to avoid platform records
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or conduct that violates this AUP, report it by emailing support@reachmoreexpeditions.com.

For child safety emergencies, contact local law enforcement first; you may also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions in response to AUP violations, at our discretion and proportional to the violation:
- Remove or hide the violating content
- Issue a warning to the responsible user
- Restrict specific features (e.g. messaging, posting) for a period
- Suspend the account temporarily
- Terminate the account permanently
- Preserve content and refer to law enforcement where required by law (e.g. CSAM reporting under 18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
For violations involving child safety, non-consensual intimate imagery, true threats, or security attacks, we generally apply immediate account termination on first occurrence. Other violations may follow a graduated response based on severity, frequency, and intent.
Appeals
If you believe your account or content was actioned in error, contact support@reachmoreexpeditions.com within 30 days with your account details and an explanation. We will review the decision and respond within a reasonable time. Appeals do not pause enforcement during review.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated within the Service or by email to your registered address. Continued use of Reachmore Expeditions after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
