Terms of Service

Reachmore Expeditions is operated by Automated Software Systems LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company. Reachmore is a multi-tenant SaaS booking platform for outdoor guides, including hosted booking pages, inquiry workflows, calendar tools, guide-only admin tools, and related support services.

Acceptance Of Terms

By creating an account, accessing a guide booking page, using the mobile app, or otherwise using Reachmore, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Reachmore.

Subscriptions And Billing

Reachmore offers annual subscription tiers for guide businesses: Solo at $179 per year and Crew at $279 per year. Plans are annual prepay only. We do not offer monthly billing for these tiers.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once paid, including when a guide cancels during an annual term. A guide may cancel anytime to stop future renewal or future service, but cancellation does not create a refund right for the current annual prepaid term.

User Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Reachmore for illegal activities, fraudulent bookings, scams, deceptive listings, abusive conduct, security attacks, spam, or any activity that interferes with the operation of the service or other users' access to it.

Content Ownership

Guides own the trip descriptions, business details, images, booking information, and other content they provide to Reachmore. You grant us the permission needed to host, display, process, and transmit that content for the purpose of operating Reachmore.

Automated Software Systems LLC owns the Reachmore platform, including its software, design, workflows, brand assets, infrastructure, and related intellectual property. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform to any user.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Reachmore for violations of these Terms, illegal or abusive activity, nonpayment, security risk, or misuse of the service. Users may cancel anytime, subject to the annual prepay and no-refund policy above.

Disclaimers

Reachmore is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We do not guarantee any number of bookings, revenue, customers, guide trips, or business outcomes.

Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automated Software Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of Reachmore.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes To Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when the Terms change. Continued use of Reachmore after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
